Leased car April 2019 made payments automatically with my bank auto pay. Each and every month on time.. they started to call me in March telling me I missed a Payment. Then I find out I was over paying by 20.00. Thats my fault. But how could I have missed a payment first they said Dec 2019. Do you know how hard it is to get a bank to send you proof of payment for an auto pay. But I did. Then they tell me I missed March 2020 Payment. SO I had to call my bank up again and spent hours on phone with them to get copy of auto pay check ! Never Missed a Payment. Harassed me and wasted my time for their accounting records. I have leased about 25 cars over my lifetime Never had a Leasing company do this........ total *** User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
