False information from guest services ruining our trip

Guest services gave us a quote over the phone of $50 per ticket plus $5 a month per ticket to change our passes to be able to upgrade to be able to go into 3 parks including volcano bay for the kids. Drove all the way here, paid $350 a night for the room on premises and upgraded to express passes, waited in line for 2 hours to be told no we would have to spend almost $1500.00 more to upgrade passes. The manager at the window as well as on the phone and another supervisor still would not help on my sisters bday weekend. User's recommendation: Make sure you speak to a supervisor and get email quote.
