false claims/terrible sustomer service

I saw a desk and hutch online at Cymax.com. I called them to check it was in stock and how long would it take to recieve them, he said 2/3 weeks. I also asked what happens if I recieve it damaged. So I hung up and made my order, the site said it ships in 3-5 days. Two days later the site now said backordered, I called them and they said this did not pertain to MY order, that mine was in stock. Two weeks past so I requested a tracking number through the site and recieved an email stating my two product would be mailed on 10-18-12, at which time i would recieve a tracking number. I had a very uneasy felling because things did not make since so on 10/15/12 I called Cymax and asked for an update on my product the woman said it is back ordered until 11-9-12. I said that's crazy, give me a manager. I spoke with ----------, him confirmed they were back ordered until 11-9-12. I said I found an online site of 79 plus complaints regarding their terrible customer services, late delivery and keep up to half of customer money for good not recieved. I told him I no longer trusted this company. This I was lied to since the beging about my order being in stock, to cancel my order. Told them they had no rights to keep any of my $813.00, or I would take action. I am waiting to see if they refund my money. After reading complaints on Cymax compaints, I don't dought problems a head!
