False and misleading representation of benefits

1

In March of 2018, we traveled to Secrets Maroma Beach and signed up for their vacation club. After completing payment of the approx. $3,000 program, we were to receive a seven day voucher for use at any AMR resort with no restrictions. In addition we were given a two night voucher for listening to the presentation. Upon trying to redeem these vouchers, we were informed that many are classified as "Ultra-Luxury" (all the good ones) and would require a 2 for 1 exchange which was not disclosed at the time. The manager expressly committed to any resort with no restrictions (including the Zoetry brand). Upon further discussion with Angel Cruz, a UVC representative, there are time restrictions on how soon you must use the vouchers, windows which you cannot travel within, no changes, or cancellations for unforeseen circumstances without a penalty. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. This program and organization have proven to be full of deceptive and dishonest people who will tell you anything in order to sign you up and take your hard earned money. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ULIMITED VACATION CLUB! It is a SCAM!
