False advertising on Priceline

No pool No breakfast No coffee Past and currentCovid-19 hotel These were all advertised on Priceline website Customer service reps were inIndonesia, refused to take my concerns and complaints seriously, refused to cancel and refund my booking. User's recommendation: Don’t trust Priceline.
