Do not ever do business with this retailer. I ordered a Halloween costume which had a guaranteed delivery before 10/31. I found out two days before Halloween that it would not be arriving on time. The company never contacted me to tell me. I had to repeatedly email and try to use their non functional chat feature on their website. There is no number to call. The only time they called me was when I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Bottom line don’t ever do business with them
