False Advertising and harrassment

1

I began receiving letters from Clear Spring announcing that I have enrolled in their program. I knew I had not enrolled in anything, so I tried to read the fine print to see how they are able to lie using postal mail. They implied I was placed with them by Medicare. In a series of 6 more letters, they became increasingly aggressive, insisting that I call or mail them signed documents, otherwise I could lose medicare benefits. I began to receive large envelope letters with price plans, insisting that I am a member, and I will lose benefits if I do not respond. User's recommendation: NEVER believe a word they say. I called them and after 12 calls, I was able to get off their mailing list.
