I booked a unit on saturday 11/11 after carefully reviewing the access hours listed on the website, after i checked into the unit i was told I had 1 hour to move in because it was a climate controlled unit and had limited access hours. I was unable to move in that day because it was raining. I called them and they offered me a outside unit , smaller unit, 1 access door for the same price as i paid for a larger, climate controlled unit with 2 access doors. I never moved into the unit & storage zone refuses to refund my money and sparefoot has not fullfilled their own policies. I think it is horrible for businesses to take advantage of Irma victims while we are in a vulnerable state still trying to find a place to live & now this BS.
