False advertisement to sell fnb aspire gold cheque account
*SOLVED

2

I opened an account with FNB, it was a Gold cheque account called Aspirer through a sales agent, upon opening this account i was informed that as soon as i have switched my salary into it, I will receive R1000 paid into my account which has not happened yet My salary went in on Friday the 23rd of July, I emailed [protected]@fnb.co.za asking about the promotion and there was no response from her. I left the matter until Tuesday the 27th of July hoping i will get a response from FNB but none, I called their call centre number [protected] and i sent from different departments and nobody wanted to account on this promotion which suggested to me that this was false advertisement from them to catch clients. My name is Nhlanhla Mpofana [protected]) contact number [protected]
