I ordered $75.00 worth of items during the Labor Day weekend. I ordered from Pier One Online on September 3, 2020. As of today (September 17, 2020) I have not received my items. I sent two emails which was followed with a call from customer service by a man named Julio on Sept. 16th to no avail. Needless to say today the 17th I am still being asked to wait. I found out that the online company is not the Pier One Imports that has been around for 58 Years. It's Pier One Inc. that purchased the old Pier One brand. Buyer Beware!!!!! If you are accustomed to efficient, honest service and don't have money to pay for merchandise and shipping that's held up DON'T ORDER. When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor my request was meant with questions, basically denied. User's recommendation: BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT PIER ONE IMPORTS. PIER ONE IMPORTS WENT OUT OF BUISNESS SEPTEMBER1, 2020.
