I ordered my gear from the official online store hoping to get my teams gear in time for the Finals. The website said I could get free shipping and the items I ordered were available. I had to pay full shipping price because it said my order did not meet the criteria or the code that was offered did not work. I spent over $130 and do not like the false advertising of availability and shipping that was promised. It has been a week and my order is still processing with no delivery date. I am beyond frustrated! User's recommendation: Go to your local store for NBA gear unless you have a month to wait for delivery.
