I was shopping on June 26th at the Food for Less in Alsip,IL around 8:10pm I went to retrieve another cart for more groceries and as I approached the cart area I fell from a puddle in the entrance way. I did not make a claim with the manager due in part I was able to walk of the fall. There was an employee pushing in carts when I fell he did not help me up he ran to obtain a manager I assume cause after getting up another employee came to see if I was ok. The employee pushing the cart was aware of the puddle of water but did not place a wet floor sign there in advance. I continued to shop but I soon ran into more wet spots throughout the building almost slipping twice. The water now was coming from the roof. I notified the same manager that had checked on me earlier, and they placed buckets were the leaking was coming from. The reason for my review is so the matter will be handled and hopefully your roof will be repaired. I found it very unsafe that there was water in the entrance without a sign on the floor and it was not any better in store.
