Fake shungite

I’ve ordered many Shungite pieces. The only pieces that are legitimate Shungite are the beaded necklaces. All the faceted Shungite is is a stone with a black plastic like coating. If you turn the piece over you can see exactly where the coating stops. Seriously why do this?
