I booked a ride at around 5:45 pm on July 23, 2019 through Careem Application. I didn't get the receipt e-mail till now. Further for the said ride captain charged Rs. 682/- rather than Rs. 213 to Rs. 276 as per the application is showing at the time of booking. That amount the captain charged is on very higher side as you can see from the history that the daily charges are around Rs. 200/- on similar type of rides. It is not understandable that no record is available of the said ride in the history of Careem's application as well. Please investigate the matter on urgent basis and reply accordingly.
