I purchased a personalized jersey for my son's birthday. Not only was the product received late, but it was also NOT from an actual Raptors store. It came from China and was the wrong colour and very poor quality stuck on letters. When I wrote to their customer service dept, this is what they said: "Hello, Thanks for your pics. I am so sorry for the details. Could you please keep it? You know, the return process is complicated and will take a long time. So it is not a good choice for you." I am so furious. Save your money and do not buy from this fake company pretending to be an official raptors store.
