All I can say is Guardsman is an unethical business that should be prosecuted for fraud. 2.5 years ago we bought furniture from Haverty's and Guardsman furniture protection plan. This year we placed a claim in May - no answer. We repeated in June, received a letter that technician will come. He came, sent a letter that he sent inspection results to Guardsman. After that we received a message that Guardsman sent me an email and I have to respond to it, Did not receive any emails. I called Guardsman 4 times. It was very difficult to get through because very long waiting times and I was disconnected at the end. Finally I reached somebody, asked to send me an emai. Was promised that I will get it in a few minutes. Got tired waiting...
