i bought a NEAT ND 1000 scanner for my company. i still have not received help regarding the black edges when scanning a document nor the reason why my Documents are being cut off on the right side. i have calibrated this scanner 8 times now and i have updated the software and still having the same issues... i will be putting this as display in my shop and all my social media pages as an example of what not to buy. i am happy that i have change 4 peoples life and headaches when they ask me if it was a good idea to buy this product for them...
