Pride A/C & Appliance Service of Pompano Beach was contacted at 8:58AM due to a a/c water leak from a unit under their service contract which was repaired by them 6/23/10. I was told a service tech would be there between 9am & 1:00. By 1:40 - No one showed up. No calls from the company. I've been on hold for over 24 minutes waiting for a supervisor & now they say someone will show up within an hour. The only calls I have are from the lady downstairs & her lawyer will be next. PRIDE STINKS
