Failure to respond to email re Advantage Card

Phoned Customer Service number on many occasions over 3/4 days. Always engaged. Contacted Boots by email via this forum 11 days ago. Still no response. Getting very fed up. Will try phoning again next week/ sending a further email. Hopefully by then they shouldn't be inundated with Christmas delivery queries.......
