Plea Our loan was transferred from Seterus to Mr. Cooper in July 2019. I contacted them at that time because they had us listed as a bankruptcy. I was told that they would fix this. We checked into refinancing in 2020 and realized that we received no credit for our mortgage payments through Experian. They ignored my complaint and sent a refinance packet to us. We refinanced through another finance company in January 2021 and Mr. Cooper reported us to the credit bureau as being 30 days late on our January payment and continues to carry us as late with associated late fees. Help!! User's recommendation: Please read everything you can before using them for any type of loan.
