Update by user Mar 23, 2019 RVC Promotions and Ryan Childers continue to operate the business and have failed to make any payment arrangements on the judgment. Consequently, attorneys are pursuing the next steps in collection. This includes garnishments, liens, and asset seizure by the Sheriff. A search of public court records show 4 different attempts to file bankruptcy over the years. Don't let Ryan fool you. I made a loan to the company back in mid 2018 with a guaranty by Ryan and unfortunately only $500 was repaid. I had to hire an attorney and was able to get a judgment in the amount of $30,433.13 on January 16, 2019 in case no. 18-1051*-393 in Denton County District Court. Ryan and RVC need to repay their debts.
