Failure to refund final payments

Update by user Jul 29, 2020 This is not resolved. Company is not answering requests for refunds duly owed. Original review posted by user Jul 29, 2020 5 Australian riders booked bikes for a month across America this coming August. COVID-19 restrictions meant that we could not travel. When we cancelled, EagleRider stated that there would be a store credit of the deposit and that the balances would be refunded to us all. No refunds have been received. They now have the hide to challenge our bank dispute requests. We are in for a fight but we are not giving up yet. This company has kept thousands of dollars. We received refunds for everything else along the way. This company is deceitful. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company. Not interested in doing the right thing by it's customers.
