Failure to provide supplies putting my life in danger

I order dexcom g6 sensors every month and they are paid for 100% by my insurance. It started out I recieved them just in time to replace the old one for months and then it started to be a day or 2 late each month. I had my last order shipped Nov. 16, 2020. My next order was to be shipped Dec. 16, 2020. It's now Jan 2, 2021 and I still have not recieved my sensors. I almost died twice in the last 3 days because of extremely low blood sugars that if I had my sensors would never have happened. I've also experienced blood sugars over 550. My life is in grave danger and dexcom customer support is just rude. They blame insurance for requiring 30 days between shipment. 30 days would have been dec 16, 2020. I'm reading so many reviews on bad customer service that I wish I had seen before I bought from them. I would have gone with another company. User's recommendation: Please look for a company with better customer service.
