My most recent complaint about this company is a plumbing problem. I say most recent because I have been most disappointed about Total Home Protection service. I was foolish to purchase a 5-year contract 2-years ago. THP devotes numerous hours coming up with excuses of why they do not honor your claim. Save your money AVOID THIS COMPANY, A LEGAL RIPOFF. User's recommendation: Avoid Total Home Protection, a total deception of normal business practices.
