It is my contention that your company has illegally debited my bank account with Bank of America since October of 2019 and failed to send out any products to Rebecca Buehner Deluca of Salt Lake City Utah 84116. In November of 2019 she moved and no deliveries were ever made based on information from the building management, You have continually failed to cooperate. Allegedly you agreed to refund 3 payments and provided no information on the account to Bank of America.
