I let norton 369 coverage expire because I wanted to compare their coverage and fees against other internet companies providing the same service. I contacted norton on several accasions about not being able to access a suitable helpline, but norton shoved me left, right and centre to avoid answering my queries!! I had been with norton for the last 5-6 years, and although I was satisfied in the main about their overall services, I was just comnparing services but was ignored and/or sidelined by sophisticated means!! Not good enough norton!!
