Failure to make contact with store/customer service/on line chat…could not reach anyone to answer my question.

It is nearly impossible to get an answer when calling the local Best Buy...After several attempts, with no answering no matter the times it rang, I attempted to go the chat on line route. I understood having to get in the wait line to chat, but do not understand the chat ended while I was typing the 2nd question...The first question was short...the answer was brief. As I was typing a second brief question, I received the chat ended message. Apparently they are too busy to need more business. In the past I have been satisfied with all my dealings with Best Buy, but after spending literally hours trying to contact them for needed information prior to making a purchase, without ability to make any real contact information, I am looking for other suppliers that will have someone to actually answer the phone, or at least respond on chat so I can be sure the surfboard purchased will meet my needs. User's recommendation: If I only consider this frustrating, lengthy experience, not likely.
