I paid over 200$ for pest control and Greystar completely ignored my requests for pest control. Now my appt and others that are connected to this building are infested with German Roaches and they are actively allowing the infestation to grow. They also have not repaired any damage from the Feb winter storm. Be careful renting from this company, they dont care about you. User's recommendation: Run, dont walk, away from properties managed by Greystar.
