Failure to honor warrenty

After rescheduling, service tech was very professional. told us would be back in 3 weeks if part was available. got letter that parts were no longer available and sending a check for 25% of retail value. never received check and they now pass the buck. transferred 7 times. then they hung up. User's recommendation: do not purchase warranty plan from Assurant affiliate nor A&E / Sears /.
