Failure to honor insurance

June 10, 2019 We contacted AON in April to cancel our cruise due to cancer. We provided a letter from the doctor explaining reason for cancellation. We still have not received our refund. It seems that it is better to go on the trip and if something happens to sue than to listen to the doctor. Any one who wants to travel with Norweigen Cruise Line be advised that AON will drag out the time rather than pay the claim.
