Failure to deliver griddle plate

Ordered the supposedly free griddle that was included with the grill order # 637447****7080**** on 12/28/20. Called on 1/28/21 to check on order status and was told it would be shipped in February. Called company again 2/14/21. Was told by a recording they had rec'd my order without even asking for the order# and told that the item was out of stock again and would be shipped on March 6. However, if you go to their web page to order a griddle it clearly states in stock. Obviously customers are being given the run around. The griddle was the main reason I purchased the grill in the first place I would appreciate a straight and honest answer will I or will I not be getting the grill plate. User's recommendation: Make sure the so called free griddle is in the box. (FYI there is a shipping and handling charge of $17.67)If you F.
