Failure to Deliver & False Advertising

I placed an order online and followed their ordering process, no where in this process did it mention delivery times or that orders to residential areas would be done by 8pm, How is it possible to deliver to an office at 6pm ? When taking orders online their system should provide an approximate time of delivery. My order number is [protected] and I had to call the contact Centre 3 times to follow up only to be advised 14:30 that the delivery will take place between 4:50 and 6PM . Who is in their office at 6pm to collect deliveries ? The whole point of arranging an online gift is to spoil someone on their special day, What is the point ordering from Netflorist if they will delivery after the day is completed. Over and Over again I have been extremely dissatisfied with the services and even more ontheir customer relations and employees attitude. I have lodged this complaint on their page and was advised that their terms states residential address would be delivered by 8pm according to their terms of delivery - This information was not provided to me at the time of placing my order.
