Failure to Deliver & Failure to Refund
On April 9, 2013 used visa card to purchase hex pad shirts for child in 2 separate transactions. Confirmation e-mail on April 9 stated products were being prepared for shipment. On April 18 I asked for a status & was advised items were on back order with no order date in sight. I canceled the order. To date, despite more than a dozen e-mails and several phone calls, I get the runaround about my refund. They keep asking for same information over 7 over, even promising to "walk" it over to the manager "Alex Feldman" for the refund and I've received e-mails from him under the google e-mail of "[email protected]" promising to refund the $99.96. I guess once I began receiving e-mails from a google account that is clearly not a company e-mail, I should have been concerned.
