Failure to deliver but kept money!!

I have emailed several times the customer service site and no good answer. I spent $50.23, and $22 of it was shipping costs. They now won't give me my item, nor my money back. Saying that have no record of my order. PayPal does and also my bank!! I lodged a complaint with pay pal. And will not do business again with Paula and her very slow delivery. Or non delivery in this case. And unacceptable customer service quality.
