Failure to deliver/abide scheduling

I contacted the PODS company in mid December 2020. I paid for the container to be delivered as well as the transit fee of over $2000. My pod was to be transported out of state 1/8/2021, but they failed to do so. During this mix up, I contacted them many times to sort out the mistakes they made and jobs they should be doing, as well as contacting the compensation department. The female assigned to my case was very unhelpful and told me I just had to keep waiting. There has been no other form of communication with this company since. They have not held up their part of the agreement, no contact I was told I'd get was given. They just continued to take money from my account. My delivery date was moved from 1/15/21 to 1/21/21. My whole household belongs are still not here. I have not been compensated or communicated with since the contact with the compensation department.
