Failure to contact Cosplaysky for refund!

Earlier this month I ordered one product from CosplaySkyan E-mail c.However, I no longer need it since I previously ordered and received the item several months ago.. I previously sent CosplaySky an E-mail cancelling the order. However, they still shipped the item and sit arrived yesterday 23 April 2019... I desire to return the unopened package for a refund as per CosplaySky's return policy. I have not received any communication from them.......
