Failure to cancel account

I contacted ATT Digital Life regarding being billed for a month after I had called to cancel the account at the end of the previous month. The person I spoke to did not enter the cancellation date of April 30th as the final date I would reside in my previous home. I am currently on the phone waiting to resolve the issue. After 10 minutes I was disconnected. No resolution, Terrible company
