Failure of vendor to send flowers ordered. Unable to reach them. No explanation. Requesting refund

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day from this vendor. Flowers were never received. Tried to call but could not reach them. Emailed and texted them, no response. Today is May 15th still nothing. Luckily, the purchase was on a credit card so that charge will definitely be disputed. Buyers beware of this vendor User's recommendation: Buyer beware do not trust this vendor.
