Failure of Customer Service

Two calls. Each with a wait of 30 minutes plus before actually reaching a human. Complete failure of the customer service rep to even understand my problem much less guide me to its resolution. Frequently referred me to the Bose website (which was a much a failure as its telephone representative. Finally went to the Bose factory store. The telephone representative told me it opened at 10am. Got there at 9:45am. The store opened at 11am. But, once opened, an experienced manager resolved my problem. User's recommendation: Find a company with a well run customer service department.
