Failed to take care of defective product, no help for a “NO NAME” product

Used saw once. put on battery charger would not charge or defective switch in saw. I wrote them and after many days Rachael got back to me saying 14 days up, no return. No help where to fix it, NOTHING. I will never do business with this company again and will tell others, as many as I can, that they don't stand by their products User's recommendation: DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY DON'T CARE.
