Failed to refund money a month after they pick up return

On 12/12 called Office Depot to return 3 items. They stated they would pick them up by 12/17. Office Depot picked them up on 12/14, and then stated I would receive refund in 3 -5 days. Never received refund. Called back several times, and did the Office Depot Chat Support, and final they stated the Office Depot Credit department would have to verify that the 3 items had been return to warehouse. on 12/24 I received 3 seperate calls from different office depot credit departmet verfying that they had in deed received the returns, and sorry for delay but i would receive all 3 credit within 3 -5 business days. So I waited till end of year, and still no credit. I did received 3 emails from Office Depot stating they had the return items, and I would be receiving my credits. Still nothing. Called back on 12/30 and this person told me that delay was due to holiday and she guaranteed all 3 would be process back to my Pay-Pal account on 1/2 for sure. Then 1/3 still no refund. Called back again, then again on 1/5 and each time, waited on hold for 5 -10 minutes for them to review notes on account and then promise to escalte the issues, and I would receive call back in 24 hours. Week later still nothing. Now it is 1/14 (A MONTH LATER) and still don't have refund, and still receiving promises to get call back and make sure I get my refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had with office depot. Can't get anyone to issue the refund for money I am due. Very bad customer service and waste of my time, and MONEY.
