Failed to Receive Order

Oct 7th, 2020 an order was placed. Reached out again Nov 18th because I received no order tracking. Was told it was delayed between Jan 6-20th. Still no product or update from company. Phone lines are pretty much unanswered. Emailed again on Jan 21. They didn't respond till today, after I called the "Sales" line multiple times. After I emailed the cancelled notice they responded to that email from thursday projecting a completion date to "first week of March." I paid $439. Since I trusted the company to do the right thing and deliver a product they delayed, the bank can not refund past 60 days. So it's $150 "penalty" to the customer for not getting their product.
