Mr. Cooper failed to pay the hazard insurance when due, though sufficient monies were available in escrow. Mr. Cooper also did not reach to the insurance provider for timely and accurate mortgagee information. User's recommendation: I would not recommend using this company. They absolve themselves from any lapses in professional service.
