Up front, their mailers and phone calls appeared very sincere. In reality, ZERO stars would be more appropriate. They scammed us. They contracted for $250K and then came back and said their investors would only provide $215K of financing. It cost us over a month in finding $ to provide care for the 92-year-old owner. No remorse, no apology, nothing... They are very slick, watch out. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
