FAILED PICK UP/RTS

No notification from this courier at all and UNRESPONSIVE via email. They NEGLECT their responsibility as a courier. They should include details of rider via shopee app for shipping status. FAILED TO PICK UP THE PARCEL EVEN IF TAGGED AS URGENT. RTS IS TAKING TOO LONG ALSO.
