For the past year i've contacted Mcall daily about my delivery problems to not sucess. The promise is they will deliver and don't. Then we get a letter from the VP saying he is sorry about the delivery problems and he will straighten them out. Well he hasn't proven his authory to do this at all. POOR Poor company. No wonder circulation is dropping off. I was a delivery paper boy when I was in high school and always delivered fifty to sixty papers and had them on time to my cutomers. Now they fail to deliver and are a disgrace to the company.
