Failed for deliver
I was so upset, flowers werent delivered on the Sunday for a 60th as promised. And when they were on the day after they were lifeless and chocolate melted. I was so embarrassed; ruined the surprise. Never again. There excuse was adverse weather when it was a lovely sunny day. Felt really let down. Couldnt even get hold of anyone, eventually refunded me. A complete disaster.
