Failed customer service and incompetent agents

All I wanted was to get my online account unlocked which the agent could not do. She offered to place my order and this is where it started August 16 she placed the order on a name I have not used for years and shipped the item to an address that I have not lived at 5 years plus. I called back and spoke to 3 more idiots this is about 5 hours of my time wasted I was assured theorist order was cancelled and new order placed with a 15% discount. My credit was charged for both orders the cancelled order and the new order and I got notification for 2 different shipments so one is going to an address I don't live at and the other to my current address....I called back again on Monday August 17 i spoke to a supervisor who asked for 72 hours to fix this well guess he is even a bigger idiot because he refunded the two first orders but charged me twice for one item so I called back again August 19 asked for a manager I was given excuses not reasons for why i could speak to a manager of course i don't expect one to call because they clearly don't know the meaning of customer experience so the bay is just playing the field with my credit card their casual approach to my situation is less than desirable and their reps are totally incompetent...by now I should be given a full refund for this entire purchase as the more people touch this order the worst it gets.....there is no number to reach corporate for them to know what phone reps are doing and that speaks volume about them simply not caring User's recommendation: Dont ever order over the phone with the bay.
