Update by user Oct 22, 2020 Failed Lid for blender twice. 4+ calls to customer service, emails with pictures to customer service, very lengthy wait times, push to buy replacement product rather than replace failed part. I consider this a potential health risk due to the small parts that can be ingested. Original review posted by user Oct 22, 2020 Lid for Ninja Blender (#BLL660) failed releasing small parts into smoothie mix (2 small springs, 2 white plastic parts). Customer Service firm with having to buy a new canister with new Lid as they were unable to replace the Lid separately. I had already done that once with earlier failure. Beware of this product as I feel it is a possible health risk due to a poorly designed or manufactured Lid. User's recommendation: Beware of Lid and customer service if you buy this product. Look at other brands.
