Failed all around service

I took my Mercedes C63s AMG Edition One V8 BiTurbo (1 of 312, $100,000+ btw) in for a simple oil and diff fluid change. Im in New York and with the state on shut down I figured its a simple oil change, what can possibly happen? When they finished and I drove off my car...
